Tin Cup Products, LLC was founded in the spring of 2009 by two Northern Virginians with a shared passion for golf. USGA Rule 12-2 requires every golfer to be able to identify their own ball during play — so we set out to build a better way to do it: something personal, durable, and genuinely fun to use on the course.
What Is a Tin Cup?
A Tin Cup isn't actually a cup at all — it's a reusable, stainless steel stencil. Each design is precision laser-cut through 100% stainless steel. Place your Tin Cup over a golf ball, trace the cutout with an ultra-fine tip marker, and your one-of-a-kind mark is ready to play. No more mistaking your ball for someone else's in the rough.

Every Tin Cup is 100% Made in the USA and patented, and it's guaranteed for life. In 2010, Tin Cup was voted one of the best new products at the PGA Merchandise Show, and it's been earning golfers' loyalty (and curiosity from their playing partners) ever since.
Unlike stick-on stickers or decals that can peel, fade, or wear off after a few rounds, a Tin Cup uses no adhesive at all. It's a reusable metal stencil, so once you own it, you can mark ball after ball for as long as you play the game.
